Absolute terrible service from FNB

Absolutely terrible service from FNB recently There chat bot is totally useless and does not help You cannot speak to anyone logged various calls with reference number but no feedback from FNB They charge you interest on your credit but you do not use any interest bearing transactions and settle your card every month The tap function cannot be disabled so i ask them to activate a pin for every transaction been waiting for this since receiving my card in January
