Absolute terrible service

Absolute terrible service I'm very disappointed in the client service at your brits mall branch, consultants are standing around, talking to each other, playing on their phones, and eating while there is a full branch of clients that needs to be helped. I have to say i have never seen something so bad comming from a place that needs to be professional. Your consultants have no self respect, and also no respect for their clients. The only person at your brits branch that actually knows her work is the lady at deposits with the blonde hair. She has never ever given me a bad service to her i can give 5 stars for her amazing service and work knowledge.
