Absolute stupidity from FNB.

I got a sms from FNB to Rica my account, with a telephone number, ***. I called the number, while waiting, terrible music played all the time. Then a voice said that i must rate the service received?????? What service???? Nobody answered, but i must rate the service that i received???? How stupid and ridiculous from FNB!!!!
