Absolute Rediculous

I would like FNBLIFE to proove and explain to me where they get it that i am in arrears with R 389 on my Funeral Policy FI*** ?? This is total nonsense, my premium for April was late due to banking details that were not updated by FNB as i requested. In the meantime the premium was PAID ! For April ! Bank charges for failed debit order returning nowstanding a R 19 who is going to pay this ? Me ? I sent e mails and communicated with FNB to change my banking details to no avail. I want this Mess fixed FNB. I AM NOT IN ARREARS !
