Absolute no service

On 10 July 2026 I tried to withdraw money from another bank's atm. the atm did not dispatch the funds, even the slip states that the funds were not dispatched. After numerous calls, filling in of forms and e-mails I still did not receive my money back. Every time I call i get different stories, and have to wait another 5 to 10 working days. I receive no feedback or correspondence to give me updates. I have been with FNB for more than 20 years, but now I am very disappointed, even to the point of wanting to move to another bank
