Absolute incompetency

<p>i went into the branch wanting to make a new card and change to youth account even after having problems with the service prior to this encounter. my account was changed into a cheque account and my cellphone banking and card at large was faulty, i assume that as i hjad a cheque account i was being cvharged the rates of someione with a cheque account. i am tired of this fnb branch and after having quite a few fall outs with both staff and management i feel as though this is my only option left. i feel as though i am not taken seriously because im just a 20 year old with the least zeros in his account hence the condescending and disgusting general attitude when being assisted. before i cliose off my account i just thought people need to know how fnb at the grove treat young black people like me as second class subordinates</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
