Absolute horrible service from fnb

I have been having problems with pay and clear procedures... I have been trying to pay people but the payments do not go through... After contacting FNB on their online app and telephonically, I keep getting told to phone then and when I do I get told to speak to them online, and that's how it carries on... I have spoken to 2 consultants nomthandazo & Kgomotso from FNB and they have told me lies regarding how FNB's process works... I still have not been able to make a payment and I still have not been helped by FNB in any way... I would like for FNB to contact me Urgently so I can get this payment done and after that I am moving to Nedbank!
