Absolute *******!!!

Useless!!! In the past month I’ve had a card delivery driver ***** my card he was supposed to drop off and use all of my money. It took three weeks to get any feedback from the ***** department but now it’s sorted. Now a third party had tried to get into my online account and now I can’t log on!!! I need my money to buy my chronic medication. I’ve tried calling many people and they all keep telling me to go to a physical branch and don’t do any checks to see that it is me trying to log on and not someone else. Do not bank with them because they are more useless than a knitted ****** you’re better off somewhere else.
