ABSA ATM *****ULENT ACTIVITY

On 16 October 2023 i tried to withdraw R2000.00 on ABSA ATM, Salvokop Pretoria Shell Garage using my FNB Easy Zero card, the machine gave me message that it cannot give me funds, there is technical error. It then issued receipt indicating that the transaction was unsuccessful and it will be reversed automatically. I then went to FNB Branch same day 16 October 2023 at Pretorius Street, Pretoria whereby the consultant completed claim form to ABSA bank to reverse the money back to my account. The consultant indicated that it should be reversed within 7 working days. last week Friday i went back to the branch seeing that the money was not reversed. I was told that ABSA has not responded and the consultant has resend the claim form again but I am worried, frustrated and devastated and I feel like I have lost my money. Please help me. I have also sent an email to '***' and attached the receipt received from ABSA ATM machine.
