Abroad and cannot change OTP to email option
I cannot change my OTP to be sent via email whilst I am abroad! I called the bank when I was in SA and they constantly lie to say it can be done on online banking. I cannot call the call centre either. I see this is an issue that is open for years so how is FNB helping to solve this and what do I do now that I'm out of the country?

04 Dec 2020, 16:52I received an automated response, telling me all the ways to contact FNB. If I had those means, I wouldn't need to log this complaint to begin with!
I'm not in SA and don't have access to call the call centre to complain. The call centre takes forever to answer and I'm always re-routed to a more *********** person than the last (don't know how that's possible). I cannot afford these calls whilst being abroad. I need to be contacted via email as I don't have the cellphone app either.
