Above and beyond

<p>We were having trouble with ***** in our personal bank account, so we went to our local FNB branch and asked to speak to the manager, Mr Trevor Wellsted. He not only established what the problem was, he kept digging and investigating the matter until he could resolve it for us. It took him nearly an hour and a lot of phone calls, but he never once seemed unwilling or unable to help us. Thank you so much Trevor!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! With service like that, our country can only get better!!</p>
