Abaolutely Pathetic service!

After paying my arrears account (arrears was due to FNB system error ) I receive an email threatening legal action. Account is even in credit.

Now a week later another very "friendly" email regarding methods of collecting the outstanding amount. As a large and responsible finincial institution your systems could have picked this uo and mattet resolved. Yet nothing is done. You have change the terms of your monthly fees and yet you still have sub standard systems running. Stop the harrassment of outstanding amounts allready paid in full!
