Abandoned customer

I called FNB law on call asking for assistant with regards to adding a member to my policy , a consultant named Mzwandile told me he will assign a lawyer named Ike to call me later yesterday regarding this and till today I haven’t received any response and I have a important matter to hand over to lawyers. Please be punctual and honest as you are when making monthly deductions for my policy
