A ***** You from FNB in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown.

I was unhappy with my old bank. Went over to FNB. Was a fairly good experience. They gave me a cheque account and credit card to match what I got from my old bank. All good.

Now, just as I'm cancelling my old bank account, they suddenly sent me an email saying they are cancelling al my credit facilities because they never received my paperwork. This is the same paperwork I went in to the branch to sign! I have never missed a payment for anything in my entire life and have an excellent credit score, now they ***** me over because of their bad admin???

They didn't contact me to tell me that they messed up their paperwork. They didn't contact me to say that they still need to do more paperwork. NOTHING! Just a big F U in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown.

Thank you FNB. Suddenly my old bank isn't looking so bad anymore.
