A year later no solution in sight. Worst bank ever

This week marks exactly 1 year since you my investment in FNB account disappeared. The incovenience and pressure caused is unbearable and yet not solution seems in sight. I used to be a big fan of FNB but now they have successfully converted me to think otherwise.
