A year later and still FNB YP the same *******
I just received an email to say my previous complaint is going to be taken down because it is been up for over a year. Went to check it and it is still as relevant as it was a year ago.

We paying almost R200 a month to be sent in five directions and to be directed to call a call centre when we need something done.

I needed a new card as I had cancelled my card in December already and no one bothered to offer me a new card. The process has been so painful that I have now decided I will rather just stop banking with FNB and save myself the drama and the money.

For anyone using FNB YP I suggest you shop elsewhere at banks where they take educated young people seriously.

For FNB. Update the way you treat young professionals. We are not entitled brats. We are just planning on being the future CEO's and CFO's of this country and would like to have a bank that has our backs in this regard
