I want to compliment Bopedi FNB Branch Manager.

The Manager (Abednigo Chauke) was busy talking to us one by one while waiting to be assisted, He then requested me to assist me as my query wont need to go to the consultants.

I explained to him about my problem, he then contacted the relevant department, where from there we had a solution at ago, this made me to be impressed, believe me this made my day as It's been long struggling with this matter, I wish I knew before, I could've went straight to his branch, to him in particular.

I can say this he gave me 100% customer service, He was so helpful, very friendly, we still have people who still care about customers with commitment, dedication and while giving you time to ask for clarity where needed. Thanks so much Mr. Chauke
