A whole week still no bank account!!

Rating less than zero. Most unprofessional bank I have ever had to tolerate. My wife has been trying to open a bank account since Tuesday and having one problem after the other with online banking, the app and eventually the Welkom branch. Imagine them sending you away telling you everything is working without even checking properly only to get home and be decline entry into the app or internet banking. It says the bank is offline literally every time we try. I mean if our time isn't important to you maybe I will find another way, anything but to work with these guys
