A Wheel Fell Off
Dear FNB
We work together wonderfully for a year or so, true ***** service. We deal with some slightly weird scenarios and all done well.
THEN - a wheel falls off - see the reference in the comments section. It's only been 10 days for a simple tax document which was promised in 2 days.
Give someone a hurry up please
