A week since my last review

8 days ago, a wrote a review complaining about the lack of service, and the passing of the buck. I had money which was Debited from my account and placed in a pending account. A week later, number of phone calls, sending off documentation etc. and guess what? The money is still not back in my account. I was promised it would take 2 to 5 days. Guess FNB either can't count or they just don't care!
