A very concern client

I posted a review, a lady called me and said that we can be assisted but she gave an e-mail address to send my request to instead of dealing the matter as the reason for posting was to get a resolution. i sent an e-mail requesting for help and again, i am not getting the assistance i require though these Banks committed on helping their clients during the lockdown period which was a way of looking good in the public but not helping at all.
