A very bad experience With First National Bank.

I made a payment a Forex payment with FNB, on Monday. We called FNB on Tuesday following up on the payment and were told that the payment is still with FNB we requested the cancellation of the payment and we were told that the money would be back in our account in two days, but the money was never returned, I went to FNB Tygervalley, we were told that the money is with Citi Bank, we were so disturbed because we did not authorise for the release of the funds, we begged for the release of the funds because I did want to make an urgent payment to secure space for University I could not get the help I even showed them that I am desperately in need of the funds, I f I do not get the funds before the end of the day I would lose my space, nobody put effort to assist me, My application was cancelled whilst I was standing in the bank negotiating for the release of my funds. Frustration is an understatement, I do not know how to explain how I feel, the pain and the suffering that I am going through right now. I did not expect to be disappointed with the bank that I trusted on top of it it is my funds, I can't believe that my future has been shuttered because of FNB's negligence. and they were not willing to tackle our matter as an emergency until I lost my space. We are writing to inform you about the outcome of your application to the Social Work programme. i

I went to FNB, Tygervalley on Friday begging them to return the money to my account, this was basing emails that I got from Vilnius but no one could not assist. FNB could not help me now I am getting this. the money is not even on my account as we are speaking the money that I did not authorise for release. I have all the evidence of communication. I will sue you for the loss, emotional stress and all the damages, that you caused in my life. i cannot failed with FNB never.
