A unhappy Gold Cheque FNB account holder

FNB is failing me slowly but surely. First it was a rude consultant that I complained about and I was totally ignored, and not a single response. Now, I've had 3 "declined foreign T 457" transactions that cost me R8.50 I don't understand why FNB is allowing that to happen on my account without letting me know. Where is the OTP? As this account is deducting money from my account without any permission! It declines due to insufficient funds however I am still incurring charges.
