A sub standard Premier offering
I received an unsolicited call from FNB asking if I wanted to upgrade my account to a Private Wealth suite at a cost of R250 and I would have access to someone who would be able to sort out all my banking needs! I decided to go for it only to see that I was charged R650. I have since tried to contact my “private bankers” to get this resolved only to hit a brick wall - we can’t do what you requested you have to go into the branch, the manager is in a meeting (and has been every time I called) - they have not been able to do a thing that I have requested.
So sad to see the lack of skills and honesty in this division - you really can’t hold a candle to your competitors.

The tragedy of human nature is that one always believes that things will improve yet you lot are a classic example of why that thinking is flawed. Your Private Wealth set up is an absolute disgrace and my only consolation is that I do not (and will not) ever use FNB for my sophisticated banking requirements
