A slap in the face of the customer!

We app**** for a home loan with three banks and all three banks approved us. Out of the three banks we chose FNB as they responded before the due date that we were given by the seller. FNB gave us 100% bond and we were expecting to get Prime + interest rate as we were first time buyer but we where given 11.50 %, we accepted it with the view of starting a relationship with the bank. We where told that we can apply for a review after 6 months. We moved all our bank accounts to FNB, bought a new car with Wesbank, now when we apply for review this is what we get : A rate review has been conducted on the bond and rate has been improved from P+2.25% to P+2.15%. Prime at present is 9.25% and your new rate applicable is 11.40%. This is a slap in the face of the customer.
