<p>Although I had submitted everything FNB Business required for KYC/FICA for my business accounts, FNB continued to send me sms's / emails requesting the same information.</p> <p>I thus phoned FNB Business this morning in an attempt to resolve this and my call was answered by Kgomotso.</p> <p>Kgomotso assisted me courteously, professionally, patiently (the line quality wasn't very good) and with empathy.</p> <p>Kgomotso, it is such a pleasure to know that there are people like you working for FNB.
