A **** my money is not your money!!!!!

Fnb are a **** they debited me twice tried to debit me a 3rd time over this festive season-15/12,22/12 then again 28/12.On the 20/12 I requested my refund to date I am waiting and now not have enough money for my upcoming debit order. Really disappointed!
