A response would be nice!!

In Dec 2015 I app**** for a device with fnb, and because I am foreign I followed up this application with a phone call. I was advised to submit some documents which I did on the day requested. There after I received no response, I called again after 2 weeks to find out on the progress of my application I was asked to submit those documents again which I did again. The operator also requested I go in to dot.fnb to speed up the response to the application. of which amanzimtoti was the only branch available in the province after an hour drive and wasted fuel to find that the branch was closed months before. After this I called and notified them of this and still nothing. In January I called again only to realise my application was never sent to the next stage and I was requested to submit my documents again which I did again and called two days ago and no one can tell me what happened to my application. If it is declined let me know rather than complete silence. Completely appalled by this treatment considering that I have been a client for over 6 years and this has never been a problem till last year. someone deal with it.
