A reoccurring issue with my credit card & revolving

My issue hasn’t been resolved months after, they debited my account again & Fnb life paid as well. Reported on hellopeter last month money from credit card was reversed not revolving no pho call or any explanation. This morning same thing. I only got a call on the 15/06 & the lady promised to come back to me till today.
