A ***** remains a ***** even if they change the word for it
This is a bank that thrives on taking money from every process on their system. Any other bank and I can attest to all the other major banks that use a money sending system "In the case of FNB E-Wallet". Should the Atm where code is used not have money, or not have the notes to provide full amount sent, other banks would give the person the option to cancel the transaction and try another ATMS. No not FNB , many a times I had witnessed poor destitute individuals that has no means to contact the sender and ask them to create another code as they don't have airtime, sitting in disparity, this is due to them now not being able to ie. draw the money for a bus trip home, or draw the money to get food because the code is not valid anymore. I mean is this not a multi - billion Rand bank listed on the stock exchange, why is is so hard for them to create a simple system that is programmed to recognize that the funds were not withdrawn, so the code could be used elsewhere. There is absolutely no excuse to say it's not possible, my goodness a online bank like Tyme bank has it and they aren't even a regulated bank. I know this will be overlooked by the FNB powers rgat be, we can't blame the tellers or the IT team, the directive has to come from the fat cats on holiday in the Bahamas while their staff has to bare the brunt of it all. Utter Disgust in this bank
