A relly bad survice

I have since tried to process a company registration process with FNB from the 05/03/2020 please refer to the copy and pasted sms FNB :-) Thank You, payment has been received for your CIPC application. Reference Number c7vl5MjbpYPz. Call *** for more information.Until to date the company is not registered and I asked for a refund wich is not yet facilitated to date as well and they asked for my banking details last Thursday already and this delay is too much now.
