A reasonable request, that is simply being ignored!

I have a Student loan at FNB, which is on my fathers name. When I started working, I asked that it be transferred over onto my name, as the loan payment comes from my account. Ive asked 10 times for a letter of proof of this. My father cant get a loan with a decent intrest rate because he "owes" too much, and need this letter to solve this problem. Yet after phoning, emailing and trying everything, I just get ignored, flat! Besides the fact that 40% of my salary goes to a student loan, which payments are so high that I can barely afford it and they dont want to make it less and over a longer period, now something so basic is not even considered. FNB is busy losing a loyal client due to them not living up to their slogan "how can we help you?" . Really dissapointed.
