A Positive Statement for FNB

Hi Everyone. I was just browsing through all the negative comments left on this platform and did a little more research only to find all the banks had the same negative attraction with a rating of 2/10 I would like to add some positivety and praise FNB for the way I received Covid=19 Assistance. The Covid 19 Assist tag on the FNB app was so easy to use and I received calls shortly after applying for the assistance program and all was resolved timeoisly. Further more my car payments term came to an end during Lockdown and I needed to refinance the remaining balloon amount which was done by email correspondence and personal phone calls from Westbank finance. I also received covid 19 relief payment for this refinance, after the first installment. All in all well done to all the staff that assisted me and we'll done to FNB for making the app so user friendly. Thankyou
