A pleasant banking experience

I recently had to go into the local FNB in Swellendam and was pleasantly surprised. The facilities have had a recent renovation and are now very modern which is impressive for such a small town. The staff are very helpful and professional. What stood out for me the most was the branch manager was on the floor and willing to help in anyway possible to limit the clients (me and the others in the queue) waiting time whilst also making one feel very relaxed. Congratulations FNB Swellendam and well done to the branch manager on running a very organised operation!
