A pickup service is only useful when they do.

Made a booking for the take me home service that I have as part of my banking suite.

When the time came for us to be picked up at the concert there was no driver to be found.
I phoned the service and asked for feedback, was told I would get called back but didn't.
Later I phoned again asking what's going on because we had now been waiting almost 40 minutes to go home because we left the concert early in an effort to make sure we don't miss the service.
(The booking was for 3am and they usually arrive 15 minutes beforehand)

So after holding on the phone forever, at around 3:20 we finally get told that they *****ed up the booking and that they would only NOW dispatch someone. It would take according to them another 20 plus minutes (which at this point I don't believe). I told them I'm not interested as by the time they finally arrive we would have been waiting an hour or more for them. We ended up having to rather take an uber home and pick up my car the next day as I could no longer wait because I was not feeling well.

It's shocking that you can effectively just be left stranded when using a service like this. It completely defies the point of trying to use it.
