A paying client is a risk?

Good day,

I’m currently receiving the following messages when trying to apply for any online product via the app;

“Your Application has been declined due to the following reasons. To prevent any risks the bank cannot make any products or services available to you.”

I am also unable to log in on the app on my new phone.

That is very concerning. I do not want bank with an institution that sees me as a “risk” without proper cause or warning.

Please provide me with full feedback and a reference I can use to approach the Financial Ombudsman. The “SecureChat” isn’t helpful in this regard either.
