A nightmare of customer service

Lately I do not if the customer service department is new or what .

I have cancelled my policy to incorrect debit order it took 4 weeks and I ended up not even waiting for a resolution.

I have paid a loan religiously and paid extra however numbers don’t even make sense I owe more again yet I use same company for my salary.

Is there anyone who wants to actually assist us .

You debited my account incorrectly before it’s always something for these few months what on earth is happening.
