A mourning son that has no peace due to the fact that funds owed to me a yet to be released

I am so flabbergasted and frustrated by FNB treatment towards me. On the 13th May 2022 I lost the one and only parent that I know as result I opened an estate account with NFB on 16th May 2022. My money is has been frozen since then I'm in debt, hungry having sleepless night. The lack of empathy I have received being taken from pillar to post no one really explaining in laymant ways why it's been taking so long for the money to be released? All this money are policies coming from other service providers into the account .... I am yet to rest let alone be able to morn my mother in peace. Even now I'm coming from FNB.... I will never recommend FNB to anyone else due to my treatment
