A month without assistance to open a business acc

I registered my private company through the FNB application, which truly eases the entire process with CIPC. The company was registered on 6 June. Since then, I've been struggling to get FNB to send me application forms to open a business account. I really don't understand why they would offer the CIPC application, but then not assist with opening a business account. Even when I tried to restart the process on their website, they claimed not to find my business registration number, which they supp**** me with.
