A MONTH TO OPEN A BUSINESS BANKING ACCOUNT????????

I was given an SLA of 3 days and it took a month to open my first business banking account with FNB. I guess I’m a sucker for punishment because I decided to move my other businesses over to FNB and I’m getting the same terrible service. I spoke to customer service earlier this week and was advised that with the 3 days SLA, they will work on my application on the third day. It has now been 5 days. You cannot blame the current pandemic for this bad service as my first account was opened in January. SO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FND, MY ADVICE IS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.
