The entire nation is going through a very rough patch due to the impact COVID-19 has had. I was not even aware that I have credit insurance on my loan, FNB notified me via sms. I then forwarded proof of loss of income to credit insurance and it was approved. I am beyond grateful to the institution that cares about it's Clients.
