A LOAN WITHOUT NEEDING/REQUESTING/SIGNING FOR IT??

01/06/15 We got ****med online-R4833.56x2 <br> <br> 02/06/15-reported to FNB *****/Disputes & BRANCH. Documentation completed<br> <br> 03/06/15-more documentation filled in and instructions from the bank carried out<br> <br> 18/06/15-branch clerk gives reference no. relating to ***** Div. Says come back in a month-am told it is ongoing-hear nothing...<br> <br> 31/07/15-my wife gets a cell notification that R4833.56x2 is credited to her a/c-YaY!<br> <br> 03/09/15-at work my wife gets notification on her cell phone to please adjust her 'over' overdraft immediately! Finds that on the 02/09/15 R5091.83x2 has been debited back to the *******. No cell notification to advise of account activity of the debit on the 02/09/15.<br> I get hold of ***** who instruct me on what to do & I'm told that the repayment on the 31/07/15 was a 'LOAN'! & so does the branch manager at our branch tell us this.<br> <br> WE HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR NOR AGREED TO ANY LOAN-NOT VERBALLY NOR WRITTEN-NOR HAVE WE SIGNED FOR NOR BEEN REQUESTED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY KIND OF LOAN.<br> <br> In what World can one get a loan by not ASKING for it<br> or /AGREEING to/ACKNOWLEDGING it OR ESCAPE SIGNING t's & c's?<br> <br> Since when from 9/11 has banking become easier?<br> <br> THIS IS BLATANT ***** & THEFT<br>
