A India lady from FNB insulted me.

Just now i called FNB for assistance, An Indian Lady just asked me why is my account is on negative, she was very chicky and failing to understand, I have asked her if it can be possible to move money from my saving to my cheque account as my cheque account is on minus, She failed to understand want i wanted and when i said listening is a s****, she started being unprofessional and ask me that nonsense question.

Her name is : Zie Nanger please assist cause i will find her and deal with her.
