A granny's account suspended and cant access money for living

I am a grandmother and sc**** by on very little but my account was suspended due to an apparent email i missed on my gmail account. This is my small savings i have to live on. I called but they said i had to go to the branch to rectify this, waste petrol and time while i have no access to my money. I went in and spoke to them and showed my documents. They said sorry you cant use your green barcoded id book, which i can vote with and other banks have accepted as for of id. I had that and my ID and proof of residence, but they said no sorry go get a id card then they could help me access my own money. Im an old lady and now have to navigate this because they refuse to give me access to my own money. Absolutely Disgusting!!!!!
