A FRUSTRATED AND LIVID CLIENT

I am beyond disappointed and upset by the service I have been experiencing with a ***** compliant I lodged with FNB.

I posted a review here complaining about their service and they reached out, and I was thinking things would change. 5 months later I am still stuck with a Revolving Loan Account I had settled 2 years ago and I am being charged interest on it!!!!!

Please assist, I need the account closed and settled!
