A disappointment!

My account was blocked AGAIN, for what reason I don't know. I went to the Vereeniging branch on Thursday last week and no one was able to assist me or atleast tell why it was blocked. They lady said she would call me back and to date she hasn't called me back. I am really annoyed with FNB and I really don't recommend it to anyone. They dont even tell you that your account has been blocked, you literally find out when you try to pay. But as for me, I'm done with FNB
