A disappointed customer!

I have had an account with FNB for over two decades. I made a decision to get a job in Swaziland (eSwatini). My cheque card expired on the 31 October. I received an email about a month ago to say that they would phone me. I waited and waited and nothing happened. I did give FNB my Swaziland phone number. If they didn't get through why did they not follow up with another email?? I phone two day ago to see what was happening. I had to follow up - bad service. Then I spoke to about 3 people on the FNB inquire line and got the run around. I was then told to phone the courier firm that FNB. When I did I was told I have to pay R600 or they will not deliver my card. With ALL the bank charges we pay, why do I have to pay to deliver my card? I have books and other items delivered to Swaziland and I have never had to pay that amount. I know it only costs about R250. They are ripping me off. I have agreed only because the card had now expired. I will be closing my account at some stage, once I have transferred my debit orders to another bank account. I am very disappointed after all the years I have been a faithful costumer. Lynn Po****
