Honestly I am rating FNB a fat zero and not a one....firstly you send me notification after I leave a review stating a consultant will call me which no one did and now I still get threatening messages and emails telling me I must pay my late husband account. I am not liable to pay it since we were not even legally married. Send me proof to show me where my name is that I must pay the account. From I understand I was only the beneficiary for his life cover which lapsed when he lost his job....what pathetic service is this. Today I nearly fainted because of my anxiety levels going high and now I can't even type because I'm trembling all became of FNB. You'll do not care about mental health and what it does to people. I'll say it again...your ceo and higher managers do not care....all your care is about money due to all this people intend to commit suicide.
