A Delightful experience with great Service & a Human touch

<p>I have been to many FNB branch's, but I have to say that FNB in the Galleria Mall (Amanzimtoti) is the best. This is due to two individuals: Cheryl (Was assisting at the door) & Gillian Rorke (Business Relatioship Manager). Cheryl was my first point of contact, she has a subtle and poilte disposition thats also filled with energy, eveready to assist and always smiling (You get that genuine feel).</p> <p>Next is Gillian Rorke, she made everything simpler and easier, better than I experienced in any other branch, she dealth with my queries and gave me solutions on which I was very pleased, when speaking to her you really feel, that this person is going to do everything that is possible to help.</p> <p>In general South Africa is poor on Service across the board, and I've had headaches from other branches and other sectors, but these two ladies are exceptional, they also add that vital Human Element, which I appreciated...they are definitely crucial members to that branch and to FNB as a whole, and many can take a feather or two out of their caps.</p> <p>Thank you.</p>
