A Complete **** bank

Help!!!!!!! I cannot reverse a debit order of R 6900. Why am I not allowed to reverse a payment for a contract I have cancelled. "Debit Order Reversal are not allowed during the pandemic". I pay a lot every month in fees, and HAVE TO TALK TO A BOT to assist me!!! Utter nonsense. I am moving my all my banking elsewhere one this pandemic is over. You mark my words!!!
